I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT)and have a VTCT diploma in Holistic massage, qualifications in Indian Head Massage, Chinese Facial Massage and Acupressure Chair Massage.
I have also completed extensive advanced training with Jing Advanced massage to treat soft tissue conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fascitis, low back pain, neck pain, frozen shoulder, leg and hip pain, RSI and headaches.
I am also trained in pregnancy massage and stone massage. I am constantly updating and adding to my skills through an on-going training programme.
I am passionate about the benefits of remedial massage and bodywork. Chronic pain conditions and injuries respond very well to massage techniques; restrictions in soft tissue can cause a variety of problems and have to be released before stretching and strengthening programmes are effective.
All my treatments are tailored to the individual's needs and are focused on pain relief and increased mobility.
I have a clinic in Colchester and provide workplace massage treatments to local businesses.
